It can sometimes be difficult to work on your personal issues. Kris makes that process easy and valuable. She is personable, caring and provides outstanding insights. To be honest [before I began working with her], I felt as if this practice might be suspect at best and manipulation at worst. Based on my experiences with Kris, I now think the profile she developed and the issues we talked about were clearly based on my character and personality through the use of [Human] design profiling analysis she created based on my background. It has been helpful with moving my life forward and I can’t thank her enough.

When I met with Kris, I had been dealing with health issues that were affecting my focus and energy along with a house full of kids that I was trying to communicate better with. I knew I needed to get grounded and refocus my energy. After a few recent chats with Kris, I felt like she had new ideas and enough energy to share a little.  She is honest, direct, funny, and has a plethora of tools.

I drove back to the office after our first reading and in two hours knocked out the work that been getting shuffled around my desk the previous 3 weeks.

The pile on my desk has disappeared. My focus is back. I am shutting out the negative talk and I  am not holding back my energy on projects to protect others feelings.

I decided to work with Kris when I was starting a new chapter with kids transitioning into adulthood and career seaming to ‘peak’ at a level that I don’t really like.  General feeling of ‘what else may be waiting for me?’  I also have general anxiety over things like my family’s health and safety and this is distracting to me and no doubt irritating for those who have to live with me.

I was seeking some type of compass and a fresh perspective – I was referred by a friend, joined/listened in on a phone conference and was fascinated by the discussion.

I started noticing the gifts/challenges with my human design shortly after being told they were there and went to work on channeling the gifts to be be productive.  The immediate results were feelings of acceptance and confidence.
I’m a bit more tolerant of the little nits at work that typically get to me, and have practiced letting my anxieties go.  I have noticed a positive difference.
